Parkwood offers a number of beautiful and historic settings for meetings, receptions and special events. It is the perfect setting to mark a corporate milestone or celebration, to hold your AGM, or to get away from the office for your retreat or training workshop. Locations include:

Carriage House Conference Centre
Located on the grounds of one of Canada’s last grand estates, discover a meeting place that takes you out of the everyday. The Carriage House exterior retains the historic characteristics of the original carriage/garage facilities, while the renovated interior provides the latest in meeting accommodations.
Meeting spaces include the McLaughlin Room with a capacity of 100 and the Buick Room with a capacity of 60. Room format can be arranged to accommodate boardroom-style, theatre and classroom style meetings. Facilities are wheelchair accessible and climate controlled, with audio/visual capabilities including multi-media projection.
Meeting arrangements can extend to the mansion and gardens. Food services and guided tours are available, making your event a memorable one.

Mansion - Receptions
Entertain like the social elite in the opulence and elegance of the Parkwood Sunroom & Loggia. With room for 40 seated guests or 125 standin
g, the area may be licensed by Special Occasion Permit. Catering is arranged through selected referrals to maintain the highest standards in menu and presentation.
Indoor receptions are available September through April. We cannot accommodate indoor receptions from May through to Labour Day. Please note that at this time, the mansion is only partially wheelchair accessible.
Garden Receptions
The remarkable gardens offer the ideal setting for business or social events, providing both a strong architectural backdrop and an exuberant garden-party atmosphere to suit announcement events and product launches, lavish receptions or corporate barbeques. 
The Formal Garden accommodates 130 guests and the Tennis Court accommodates 200 guests under a marquee tent. Food and Beverage services are provided by the Parkwood Teahouse and our selected operator for 2008– Kings Court Catering.
