Step through the gates of Parkwood and have your wedding day unfold within the elegance and grandeur of one of Canada's finest surviving grand estates. Your ceremony or photography will be set amid the magnificent landscape of breathtaking panoramas and formal gardens of unusual beauty.

Our gracious staff will ensure your needs are met with ease, leaving you and your guests to enjoy your special occasion.
Our goal is to make the planning of your wedding as easy and enjoyable as possible . At the office, we have a resource centre available for your convenience including photographer portfolios to browse and selected items to purchase if you wish. We have also prepared a complimentary package full of information to answer all of your questions that you can take home and peruse at your convenience.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony
Exchange your vows in the beautiful Sunken Garden with up to 125 guests (pictured above).
For more intimate gatherings, consider the Italian Garden, for up to 40 guests (pictured right).
Garden Ceremonies are available mid May through late autumn. The ceremony fee is $700 plus tax.
All garden ceremonies include:
· Scheduled rehearsal time
· Seating for up to 125 guests
· Registry table and two chairs
· On-site parking for two vehicles
· Photography privileges on the estate grounds following the ceremony
· Use of the Arbour in the event of inclement weather
Outdoor Wedding Receptions & Catering
The award-winning Formal Garden is one of the most stunning gardens in all of Canada, and a unique surrounding for your outdoor wedding reception.  Receptions are held under a marquee tent and are planned through the Parkwood Tea House selected caterer, Kings Court Catering. Kings Court handles the arrangement of all food and beverage requirements as well as the tent rentals.
Two locations are available for outdoor receptions. The Tennis Court holds up to 250 guests and the Formal Garden holds up to 140 guests. The reception fee is $600. A staffing fee of $35/hour applies after 5pm. SOCAN fees are additional -the standard fee of $59.17 covers a reception that has dancing.
Indoor Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception
The Sunroom and Loggia area offers the perfect location to exchange your vows and is available October through April for up to 60 seated guests with additional standing room for 30-40.
Indoor Ceremony Service Includes:
· Scheduled rehearsal time
· On-site parking for two vehicles
· Registry table and two chairs
For Receptions, the capacity is 40 guests for a seated dinner/buffet or 125 guests for a stand-up reception. A Special Occasion Permit may be applied for. All receptions must be arranged through a licensed caterer. Indoor Receptions include six hours access to the reception area, including set-up, catering, and tear-down time. The rental rate is $1,000 plus a $35/hour staffing fee. SOCAN fees are additional.
Please note there is no dance space available in the mansion.
Japanese Garden Greenhouse ceremonies 
For private, intimate ceremonies, the Japanese Garden is second to none. Have your ceremony with up to 10 guests surrounded by colourful orchids and other tropical plants and the serene peace of the goldfish pond. Please note the maximum capacity is 10 including the officiate and bridal party. The ceremony fee is $200 plus tax. Photos are an additional cost.
Little Extras
Bride Preparation Room
Brides may book the Buick Room in the Carriage House Conference Centre for their private use at a rate of $75/hour.
Mansion Tours
Offer your guests a guided tour of this National Historic Site for a delightful way to occupy their time while they wait for the reception to begin! Guests will enjoy a one hour guided tour of the mansion. Tours may be arranged through the Parkwood Business Office. A special rate of $5.00 per person is available for parties of 20 or more.
