Parkwood is pleased to welcome motorcoach tours, school groups, organizations and societies year round by reservation. Enjoy the spectacular settings of the mansion and grounds while enjoying the personal attention of our house and garden staff.
To ensure your group receives the best possible service, reservations are required for all group visits. To request Group Rates or a reservation, contact the Customer Service Coordinator or phone 905-433-4311.
Group Rates:
June 1 - August 31: House and Garden Tour Experience: $7.50 per person plus GST. When garden tours are not available due to weather, mansion-only tours are $5.50. All tours are fully-guided.
Labour Day-May 31: Parkwood Tour Experience: $7.50 per person. All tours are fully guided.
Hours: Tuesday-Sunday, year round. Tours available by reservation between 9am and 4pm. Closed every Monday and December 25 & 26, January 1, Good Friday,Victoria Day.
Summer Teahouse Restaurant:
Open June 1-Labour Day, Tuesday-Sunday. Lunch & Afternoon Tea served; fully licensed. Located in the Formal Garden. May be closed in inclement weather. Group menus available upon request.
Greenhouse Tea:
Open October 1 to May 31. Afternoon Tea is served Tuesday through Sunday from 1:30-4pm. The Greenhouse Tearoom is a cozy space with a maximum capacity of 20. Larger groups may be accomodated by having part of the group tour the mansion while the other enjoys tea.
Minimum group size:
20 paying guests. Driver and tour guide are complimentary for tours however they pay for tea. Confirmation of final numbers is due 48 hours prior to arrival. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a tour date. Final payment is due upon arrival. Due to limited capacities, we can only accommodate groups with advance reservations. Complimentary coach parking may be available onsite, please inquire when booking.
