Parkwood is located at 270 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa, on the north-west corner of Adelaide and Simcoe Streets. We are across the street from the Hospital (Lakeridge Health) and the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre.

Driving Directions -From Toronto
Highway 401 Eastbound to Exit # 417 (Simcoe St.), turn left at first traffic light onto Bloor St. East - immediately into left turn lane; turn left at the light onto Simcoe St. North; follow Simcoe St. North for 3 kms through downtown Oshawa. Parkwood is located on the west side of Simcoe St. between Adelaide Ave. and Parkwood Court.

Highway 401 Westbound to Exit #418 (Ritson Rd.) and follow signs to Simcoe Street North; follow Simcoe St. North for 3 kms through downtown Oshawa. Parkwood is located on the west side of Simcoe St. between Adelaide Ave. and Parkwood Court.
Parking - A limited number of parking spaces are available onsite at no charge. In the event that the lot is at full capacity, alternative parking is available at the Hospital Parking Garage, adjacent to Parkwood. (We validate with the purchase of a tour or meal -please present your receipt to the Tour Desk for a Garage Exit Pass).
