As a National Historic Site, whose mission is to preserve the estate for the education and enjoyment of all Canadian and visitors, we have challenged ourselves with reducing barriers, focusing on accessibility issues. We have identified many barriers and are working diligently to decrease them, including developing a Customer Service Policy Statement on providing goods and services to people with disabilities; an accessible guest feedback process (detailed below) and a procedure for notifying our guests of temporary service disruption.
